ACT OF MAGISTERIUM
The House of Prayer for all peoples,
in the Name of Him who saves
The Little Cradle of Baby Jesus is the living Tabernacle (Rev 21:3; Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, “The Tabernacle of Jesus”, 19/06/1994), the Rock upon which the Father has re-founded His House (Mt 7:25), His Church, timeless and eternal, over which the gates of hell shall never prevail (Mt 16:18). This is the Rock for all men of good will and for the faithful sons who wish to live, love and be in this Rock, so that the world of good will may understand who dwells in this House, who is the King and Lord of this House, and who are the inhabitants of this House.
The Little Cradle of Baby Jesus is the Rock (Ps 17:3) which the Almighty Father has preserved from the merchants of this world, the Rock where living prayer and hymns of love to the one God, to the one Supreme Good, rise high and strong. This is the New Jerusalem (Rev 3:12), prophesied and sung of, which has come alive in the Land of Love.
All of you who, moved by goodwill, seek the good, come to the Land of Love, where He who is the Supreme Good dwells. All of you who seek serenity of heart and soul, come to the New Jerusalem (Rev 21:2), where He who heals heart and soul, and strengthens the spirit, awaits you.
All of you who have left your homes, all of you who are fleeing from your dwellings because of man’s neglect, come to the Little Cradle: the Divine Child awaits you, and the Keeper of His House will show you the Way. Follow His Staff so that you might reach Him who is Life (Jn 17:3).
These days, the Lord will open a privileged path for all those who, fleeing from a world at war and fallen prey to hatred and confusion, will find the true God in the New Jerusalem (1 John 5:20), will find His Mercy, for His Justice will precede them and condemn every executioner who, with pride and an endless desire to subjugate the sons of God, unfaltering, keeps committing sin and turning away from Peace.
Behold the New Jerusalem, the Oasis of Peace, which will shine ever more brightly. Elsewhere, the Angel of God, as it has been written and foretold (Rev 10:2), by placing his foot upon the Earth, will make the weight of his leg felt even more, to make the Earth tremble, to summon together the sons of God who, in the one and eternal prayer, will assist the work of the Angels and Archangels so that the Will of God the Almighty Father may be fulfilled.
Prayer (Ps 6:10) is the fundamental weapon for combating the poverty of the world and for enriching the little ones with the Only-begotten Spirit. From the New Jerusalem rises the heartfelt call for prayer to be loud and strong at this time, to counteract the hatred raging in this world.
Hatred begets hatred and war begets war, in a crescendo of conflicts and human controversies, where everyone seeks to prove to the other that they are the strongest, to prevail and subjugate, to dominate and desire ever more (James 4:1-2b).
Prayer (Ps 27:6) will triumph and annihilate evil and all those who provoke it. The Light will burn away the impurity and falsehood in many hearts, and Life will make them barren.
Behold Mary, the Woman robed with the Sun, crowned by Her Twelve Stars (Rev 12:1), who in unison raise Their prayer to join the action of Angels and Archangels (Pontifical Decree, “Institution of the Feast of the Seven Archangels”, 28/09/2025) so that the new Firmament willed by the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit may bring together the prayers of God’s Holy People in the one, eternal Action of Him who saves, who will make humanity understand its insignificance, its poverty and, above all, its fragility.
In the world, there are many who feel humanly strong: humanly strong but spiritually dead, and consequently weak in the eyes of Almighty God. This is the world’s weak point, and it will fall, never to rise again. Pride will fall, human wealth will fall, arrogance will fall because, as Mary sings in the Magnificat, the Almighty “has shown the strength of his arm; he has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their hearts; he has brought down the mighty from their thrones and exalted the humble; has filled the hungry with good things, has sent the rich away empty-handed; has come to the aid of Israel, his servant, remembering his mercy”. (Lk 1:51–54).
The New Jerusalem, a House of Prayer for every outcast, for all those who are hungry and thirsty for Divine Justice, is ready to welcome all those who wish to be nourished by the living Bread that came down from Heaven (Jn 6:32-33) and quenched with the Water from the Spring of Life (Rev 21:6), so that no one may die any more, neither of hunger nor of thirst, of that spiritual hunger and thirst which is starving and parching many who are seeking the good and true, uncontaminated Bread; the pure and holy Water that washes away every sin and makes the soul immaculate.
The New Jerusalem is the House of Mercy and prayer for all peoples (Isaiah 56:7) who, having come and having savoured the delights of the Holy City, will invoke with faith the Name of the King of Life, Lord of the Vineyard (Matthew 20:8), to be in communion of heart, soul and spirit with His Heart as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The world will taste God’s Justice because, as it is written, the Bowls of God’s Wrath are full and, one after another, they will be poured out (Rev 16:1) and filled anew: filled with the love of the sons of God; poured out now upon all those who dare to judge, upon those who dare to undermine life, upon all those who play with the lives of the sons of God.
Life is a sacred gift from God and as such must be loved and respected, from natural conception until God wills it. Woe to any man who takes the life of his fellow man, even his worst enemy (Mt 5:21). God is the Lord of Life, God is Life!
Whoever wishes to be first in this world must become last (Mk 9:35) and whoever wishes to be great must become small (Lk 22:26). Here are the little ones, those whom Jesus loves, those who are His brothers and friends. “Let the little children come to Me”, says the Master (Mk 10:14). Woe to those who threaten the lives of the little ones and the innocent; woe to those who abuse their childhood and trust! It would be better for such people to have a millstone, such as is used by donkeys, hung round their necks and then be thrown into the depths of the sea (Mt 18:6), into that sea which is the symbol and realm of Evil.
Become little, to find God’s Mercy, to be found worthy of being known and recognised by God the Almighty Father, just as it was for Mary, the humble Handmaid who humbled herself in His Presence to be raised by God above every creature in Heaven and on Earth (Luke 1:48).
The New Jerusalem is the Home of the little ones, the pure, the humble, the meek, the innocent, the obedient, and thus the strong (2 Cor 12:10); it is the Home of those who, by making themselves small before the world, find the greatness of God in Baby Jesus, the essence and substance of the Father, the only Star who guides His People.
All of you who wish to triumph over this wicked and unjust, corrupt and deceitful world, come to this Holy Mountain (Rev 21:10), to worship God in Spirit and in Truth (Jn 6:63), to know, live and contemplate His Face (Ps 16:15) for all eternity; come to this Holy Mountain from where, united, every day we raise our prayer to the Father, the eternal Judge, that there may be Peace and Justice on Earth, that the one Hosanna may be heard today and always in every street, in every town, in every nation: “Hosanna to the Son of David (Mt 21:9)! Hosanna to the King of kings and Lord of lords, the one Judge of this corrupt and sinful humanity”.
That part of humanity who is moved by good will shall know the House of eternal prayer, where Mary, the Eternal Maiden, awaits her sons to lead them to her Son; that House where Mary, the Faithful Bride, radiates her Light to lead her sons to the eternal Light (Is 60:19-20).
Let us unite and consecrate ourselves to Mary every day, for her prayer is alive, unceasing and constant; for her prayer breaks every chain and overcomes the evil one (Gen 3:15), who now more than ever is stoking hatred in hearts, in countries and among nations so that disorder may reign supreme. The power of prayer will overcome him. The power of prayer will be heard all the more, so that all may experience and practise the invincibility of prayer, to stem the tide of evil, defeat the evil one and bring triumph to the Name of Him who saves (Lk 1:31; 2:21), for ‘God saves’ is His Name (Mt 1:21; Jn 20:31). In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
