In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.  

Dear brothers and sisters, today we celebrate this solemn feast of Christianity: the Transfiguration. Jesus, true Man, reveals His Divinity before His Friends, so that all may recognise Him, contemplate His Countenance and imitate His example, to become as He is.

This message, dear brothers, comes to us at this time to fully accomplish the Will of God, He who has gathered us on this Holy Mountain to be known and recognised by those who, opening their hearts, acknowledge the Light, Christ the Light, who has descended here to bring everyone back to the eternal Light, that Light which will never fade for the sons of God, for eternity.

Here is God-with-us, He who shapes the hearts of His sons making them become in His Image and Likeness, so that the way the Father behaves may be the way His sons behave; the way the Father speaks may be the way His sons speak; His deeds may be the deeds of His sons.

This is the metamorphosis, the transfiguration of the sons of God: to become the tool that allows itself to be permeated and forged by the Light in order to transmit Light, the eternal Light that illuminates, purifies and sanctifies.

Brothers, this too is a path, an itinerary, which leads to the completeness of transfiguration, of the living metamorphosis that must lead men to become divinised: namely to become men divinised and animated by the living Action of the Holy Spirit, who desires to dwell permanently in every heart, as He did in Mary, who became by grace the Temple of the Holy Spirit. That divine grace that met a living human will to be perfect. This is what leads to victory. It is the necessary effort that earns the reward. Behold the living closeness of Heaven manifested from this Holy Mountain that transforms the sons into true men, strong men, men of faith and men of law, of the one Law that God has engraved in the hearts of His sons: Love.

Here is the living will of the sons of God in responding ‘yes’ to the call of Heaven: to unclothe themselves from all that is humanity and be clothed with divinity, so to receive the reward that Mary and Jesus earned in the presence of the Father. This is Love, beloved brothers: the Only Begotten Love that gives everything to those who love everything and everyone.

Beloved brothers, let us therefore be transfigured by the living Action of the Holy Spirit, who will regenerate the heart, body and soul of His sons at this time. To do this, there must be one and one only thought that animates His sons: “Father, I want to live in You. Father, by Your Word I want to be healed and win. Father, with You in eternity“. These are the words that the sons turn to the Father with love and reverence in order to become ever more in His Image and Likeness, to become many little Jesuses and many little Marys.

Beloved brothers, conquer with the power of prayer, as the Master teaches us. The greater the responsibility, the greater the contemplation must be. When prayer is alive, continuous and keen, everything can be achieved. This is the certainty of the sons of God, who will triumph through the power of love and the power of prayer: the love for God and the love for our neighbour, through incessant prayer, obtains every grace from the Father.

Beloved brothers, let us be transfigured in Love, with Love and for the Only Begotten Love, who invites us to ascend this Holy Mountain that welcomes everyone and clothes them in His Light, the Light of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
