ACT OF MAGISTERIUM

The Holy Forgiveness of God

  1. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Only He who is Holy (Rev 15:4) can bestow the total, essential, substantial forgiveness that unites hearts and unifies the spirit in the Only-Begotten Son who is Person in the Father (Jn 1:18).

  2. God’s forgiveness (Ps 50; Ps 129) is for all those who are and will be deemed worthy to lift their heads and look at God, face to face, so as to receive His reward: His eternal kingdom (Ps 144:13).

  3. Now, more than ever, in order to be saved and forgiven (Ps 6:5), all humanity must put themselves on the line, with all their heart and will (Mt 7:21). All Heaven has made it plain (Rom 1:19). And humanity has had the opportunity to know and experience everything. Now, the virtue of complete understanding and of holy discernment (Sir 25:5; Php 1:9) must be the center of the behavior of every man, who, in the light of his intellect (Ex 31:3; Prv 5:1; 16:16; Sir 14:20; Is 11:2; Lk 2:47; 24:45; 1 Jn 5:20; Rev 13:18) bestowed on him by the Father, must be able to understand and discern everything and everyone: what is good and what is evil (Is 5:20).

  4. Consequently, in the light of discernment, in these last times of the great Apostasy (2 Thess 2:3), man must be able to understand which house is completely and irretrievably in ruin (Mt 7:27) and in which House grace dwells (Ps 22:6); where the Spirit of God is present and where the Spirit of God is present no longer. Therefore, choose and decide: which House to inhabit and which House to forsake (Jer 51:45; Rev 18:4).

  5. In order to receive God’s forgiveness, every man must put himself in the proper condition to ask (Ps 50:3). And even before asking, every man must be able to understand the condition the true condition in which he finds himself (Sir 5:5). Consequently, if he acknowledges that he is in the condition of sin, then he considers himself to be a sinner (Ps 50:5) and consequently, sincerely and contritely, he asks for forgiveness and help (Ps 50:8-10).

  6. Then, the action of spiritual grace will be able to come, in its essence and substance (Ps 32:22), so that every contrite soul may be sanctified anew, in order to be purified and saved (Ps 50:12).

  7. But when the heart of man is filled with haughtiness (Lk 1:51) and relies on false mercy (Rev 13:11), then that heart has already undertaken the path to eternal perdition.

  8. The action of the Spirit cannot enter a heart that lives in that condition, because that same heart has built an impassable barrier around itself by the action of its own “self”, that God, by the virtue of the freedom given to man (2 Cor 3:17), will never compel.

  9. What man stubbornly refuses to understand is that human precepts (Tit 1:14) or “human observances” (Mt 15:9) have no value; and no value is to be found in professing prayers only with words (Mk 7:7); all this has no value without the intervention of God’s Word. But, as it is said, what counts is: «only say the word and I shall be saved» (Mt 8:8).

  10. 1Here is the essential condition to which everyone is called: that of listening (Dt 6:4; Ps 80:9), in order to be able to prepare the heart and to see the grace of holy forgiveness, that leads those who want to be “sons” again (Jn 1:12; 3:3), to the Valley of Love, the New Jerusalem (Rev 21:2), chosen and designated from the beginning, where God walks and will walk in the midst of His sons again (Gen 3:8a; Rev 21:3). In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
