Mary of Fatima, the martyr Mesia
and the preparation of
Mary of the New Jerusalem

(Draft)

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Dear faithful, on this holy day the Love of Christ and the Love of Mary is alive for all God’s sons and for all those who, animated by good will, are seeking the Truth that is Christ, the Way, the Truth and Life. On this day, the Mother Church honours Mary who appeared for the first time in 1917 in Fatima, in one of the most important Marian revelations in God’s history. The Father sent Mary to warn all His sons, to encourage them in keeping alive the Faith in Christ, the Only Lord and Saviour, but above all in inviting many to conversion, because they were no longer inclined to fulfil the Father’s will and to love and serve the Holy Spirit by remaining faithful to Christ and never apostatising.

The words of the Blessed Virgin were not heeded nor put into practice by so many who, belonging to the courtyard of the Church of Rome, instead of changing their lives have continued to do what is evil in the sight of the Father; and their fear of repercussions and of the obviousness of their own failings are the reason why they cast a shadow on that part revealed by the Blessed Virgin to Sister Lucia, whom I was able to visit in Coimbra.

In those words revealed by the Blessed Virgin, we understand that the true Faith has been endangered and obliterated in many hearts. Here is, then, the mortal wound inflicted on the true Faith and moreover the martyrdom suffered by those who wish to be witnesses of the true Faith, so to then reach to the image of the guardian of the Faith, wounded to death. But in that revelation, alive is the action of the Spirit who animates everything and who did not allow that wound to become totally mortal. Here is the Balm. Here is the action of the Spirit that would have not allowed the true Faith to collapse, leading the sons of God to the New Jerusalem. And today is an important day for the New Jerusalem, a day of preparation.

On this May 13, Maria Giuseppina Norcia met St. Mesia, a martyr who lived at the time of the persecution of the Romans and who, in the 1974, on 13 May 1974, appeared to the Maiden of God, manifesting herself and preparing Maria Giuseppina for the great revelation that She would have experienced two days later, on 15 May 1974, the day of the apparition of Jesus, of Mary and of St. Michael the Archangel. The day on which the Maiden of God proclaimed Her ‘Yes’ to the Lord. St. Mesia had and has an important role in this great Mystery of Salvation. She remained intimately and spiritually united to the Mission of Maria Giuseppina, manifesting herself to Her Heart in many circumstances, always showing closeness and love for the Maiden of God.

We, sons of the Mother Church, unite ourselves today to the Martyr Mesia by offering to Jesus all our suffering, all our martyrdom, both visible and invisible, for the purification of our hearts, and by offering our everything for the victory and the triumph of the Heart of Mary who revealed Herself in the New Jerusalem on 15 May 1974, at 2.30 p.m.

This is our love for Mary, and we are ready to celebrate and manifest Her on the day of 15 May and on every day of our lives.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
