Meditation of the day of Pontiff Samuel

(Draft)

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Today I want to meditate, with you, on the virtue of Pureness that characterised the life of the Maiden of God since Her birth until that day, the 5th of July, when She was called by the Father to ascend to Heaven, where since ever She belonged.

Pureness is one of the most beautiful virtues and is totally united to the virtue of Obedience and the virtue of Humbleness. Pureness embraces several dimensions, that of the heart, then that of the body, of the mind and of the soul and therefore that of the spirit. Those who wish to be pure, must be pure in each dimension. To keep the Pureness of heart and body, our mind must be preserved from evil thoughts and from all that is impure. The eye, being the mirror of the soul, must be nourished by what is holy so as to not transmit to the mind the unholy impulses that inevitably lead the mind to instigate the heart and to bring the body down. Heart and body must remain pure. The body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. If heart and body are contaminated by what is not holy, the poison of sin creeps in and the spirit enters into suffering because of sin, and sin stifles and imprisons the spirit depriving it of the lightness that allows it to fly towards the Infinite of God, causing the soul to lack the holy nourishment, the Lifeblood, that comes from being in God’s grace.

Those who wish to remain pure are to look to Mary, the All Beautiful, the All Pure, the All Holy. Mary preserved Her Heart, therefore Her body, Her mind and Her soul from all sins, from all stains, allowing Her Spirit to fly towards the Infinite of God, coming up to contain Him. She who is totally Pure has found God’s Grace so to generate in purity the Saviour, Christ, Light of all peoples.

The New Jerusalem, the Land given by the Father to His sons, is permeated with Mary’s Love and Her Pureness pervades this Island which is White, Pure, because it was willed by the Father to preserve the purity of Faith throughout the world. The Spirit of She who is Immaculate, that here is alive, will win and will lead all those who, by taking Her hand, are on the path that allows them to dwell in that Heart, which is the Father’s Garden of Eden.

Those who want to be pure must be obedient to the Father’s will, following the example of Mary. Jesus teaches us that Obedience makes us perfect and truthful. In Obedience there is Charity and the love for God and for our neighbours. And by means of Pureness, each son and every daughter raises their gaze towards God, contemplating His Wonders, contemplating His most beautiful Work, She before Whom the Angels and Saints bow in reverence, She before Whom the enemy of God flees in fear. Mary, the All Beautiful, the All Pure, the All Holy.
