“You are Peter, and on this rock I will build my Church” (Mt 16:18). This is the promise Jesus made to Peter. “And the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Mt 16:18).
Behold this Church, brothers and sisters, the fulfilment of the Father’s plan.
To understand this Church, we must take a step back and consider whether, in the case of another church, the gates of hell have prevailed against it.
When the one who was supposed to represent Christ on earth asserts that Jesus on the Cross ‘became the devil’ (Jorge Mario Bergoglio, Morning Masses in the Chapel of the Domus Sanctae Marthae, ‘In the Sign of the Cross’, 4 April 2017), have the gates of hell prevailed against it? When it is claimed that ‘the Way of the Cross is the story of God’s failure’ (Jorge Mario Bergoglio, Meeting with young people at Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi, Kenya, 27 November 2015), have the gates of hell prevailed? When the Word of Jesus is altered, and the words of the Lord’s Prayer are changed, thereby weakening those final words of the Lord’s Prayer (Italian Episcopal Conference, “Roman Missal”, third edition, 2020, p. 163), have the gates of hell prevailed? When it is repeatedly and solemnly affirmed, through official documents, that all religions lead to God (J. M. Bergoglio, Apostolic Exhortation “Evangelii Gaudium”, Vatican, 24 November 2013, paragraph 247; J. M. Bergoglio and Ahmad Al-Tayyeb, “Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together”, Abu Dhabi, 4 February 2019; J. M. Bergoglio and Nasaruddin Umar, “Joint Declaration of Istiqlal 2024”, Istiqlal Mosque, Jakarta, 5 September 2024), thereby betraying the Sacrifice of the Only-Begotten Saviour—have the depths of hell prevailed? When the one who succeeds him extols and confirms everything that has been done, continuing along the same lines, asserting that “all religions are sisters” (Robert Francis Prevost, Address at the International Prayer Meeting for Peace “Daring to Make Peace”, Colosseum, 28 October 2025), have the gates of hell prevailed?
We must start from here to understand the significance of Jesus’ statement and the continuity of what has happened and is happening in history. These are not secondary matters, brothers, for the House is built upon the Rock (Mt 7:24–25) and the Rock is Christ (Act of the Magisterium, “The House Built upon the Rock”, 30 August 2026) . And as long as Christ remains ‘the’ Saviour, the only Saviour, the One through whom—the Way laid out by the Father—there is Salvation, then that House will stand firm upon the Rock. But the moment the Rock is cast aside, the Cornerstone is cast aside (Mt 21:42), and everything else collapses. One may speak of peace, of inclusion, of the environment, but the moment you remove the Rock, everything else collapses.
We must start from here to understand the turning point that the Father wished to bring about. After all, all this was written: the prophets had announced it (Dan 11:31; Ezek 8:3–17; Isa 24:5); Mary became a pilgrim on this Earth to confirm, in these last few centuries, what was to come.
Behold the New Jerusalem (Rev 21:2), announced by the Maiden of God and written in the Book of Books, which stands in contrast to Babylon the Great (Rev 14:8; 16:19; 17:5), the great harlot (Rev 19:2), she who sits upon the city of the seven hills (Rev 17:9), she who is drunk with the blood of the martyrs and the saints of Jesus (Rev 17:6).
Behold the New Jerusalem, the Dwelling-place of the Saints and the Martyrs, where Saint Francis dwells, whom we remember in a special way today, as we mark the eight-hundredth anniversary of his ascension to Heaven; this great Saint to whom the task had been entrusted of restoring His House, for it lay in great ruin. Behold, the spirit of the Poor Man of Assisi is here with us; he dwells here, in this Church. Anyone who wishes to seek him out or pay him a visit should come here, to this Cradle (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, “The Greatest Shrine There Is”, 29/09/1986), where they will find him, they will find Padre Pio, and they will find all the Saints and Martyrs who dwell in the New Jerusalem. Come here, all of you who wish to honour these Saints, this Saint so dear to us, for here his spirit is alive, just as the spirit of all those who gave their lives for Christ is alive, to proclaim that salvation is found in Christ alone (Acts 4:12): a message that runs counter to the claim that all religions lead to salvation. This is the fundamental point, dear brothers and sisters, for understanding where the gates of hell have prevailed – in which hearts – and where they have not.
It is therefore by understanding this that one understands this Church (Act of the Magisterium, “The True Church”, 8 May 2025), called to restore Christianity so as to bring about the transition from the second to the third and definitive Covenant, renewed in the Spirit of Christ, who descended from Heaven to dwell in this Cradle.
Behold this Church, born to bring the Plan of Salvation to fulfilment, for all those who wish to welcome, love, accept and live the Will of the Father, without distorting It. That Will which, in this Place, the New Jerusalem, is revealed to bring the History of Salvation to a close. Here is the Salvation that is fulfilled here (Magisterial Act, “The Course of the History of Salvation Reaches its Divine Conclusion”, 21 April 2026).
All those who recognise this Place as the sole Throne of God shall be saved.
All those who take Christ’s Hands to be saved, purified and sanctified, entrusting themselves to Him who saves, shall be saved.
All those who believe in Mary, Mother and Queen of Heaven and Earth, Mediatrix of all graces, Universal Co-Redemptrix, will be saved (Pontifical Decree, “In Mary, with Mary and for Mary”, 22 December 2019).
All those who accept the Father’s Plan—which in this time is being revealed to all people of good will—will be saved; those people who, by opening their hearts, will welcome the Salvation that was born here and has descended (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, “The Ascension to Heaven”, 13 April 1995) to bring everything to fulfilment.
All those who wish to be grafted into the new Generation of Saints (Act of Magisterium, “The Generation of Saints”, 23 March 2025), with the living Constellation (Rev 12:1) that will lead everyone to live the Day without end, will be saved.
All those who wish to return to living in this world as the Father intended it—in the relationships between God and His children; and therefore, amongst brothers—will be saved. These are the “all brothers” (Jorge Mario Bergoglio, Encyclical Letter “Fratelli tutti”, 3 October 2020): recognising ‘the’ Brother, the one and only Brother, Christ the Lord, the Only-Begotten Saviour, in order to recognise the living Bond that brings about true Sonship (Act of Magisterium, “The New Beginning of the Children of God”, 8 December 2022).
All those who break free from the chains of the world, from the filthy and sinful hierarchy of an empty and dead house, will be saved, so that they may embrace all this.
Here is Salvation within everyone’s reach. Join, dear brothers and sisters, the hosts of Angels and Archangels, the Saints and the Martyrs. Here is the triumphant Church, which here, in the New Jerusalem, a Corner of Paradise on Earth, is united with the militant Church to manifest the one Church, Church of Christ (Magisterial Act, “One is the Message, One is the Mandate, One is the Mission upon which the militant and triumphant Church of Christ is founded”, 27 February 2025).
Behold the New Jerusalem, a Corner of Paradise on Earth, where the Angels and Saints, united with the people who are already here and who will flock to adore the Child Jesus, wish to live the indissoluble union of the new Reality, in that Hypostatic Union between Heaven and Earth (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, “The Eternal Privileged Altar for the Hypostatic Union”, 30 June 1985) which transcends the limits of humanity to lead everyone to live out Spirituality in its fullness, so that the Divinity of Jesus may be present in all.
So today, from the heart, I say to so many: “Come, hasten to recognise and embrace Christ, the Child Jesus, who has come down here, who lives here and who dwells here” ((Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, “The Return of Jesus”, 30 October 1994).
Then Simon Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit—for neither flesh nor blood could have revealed this to him (Mt 16:17)—exclaimed: ‘You are the Christ, the Son of the living God’ (Mt 16:16). And this is what has happened here once more, when the Maiden of God, Maria Giuseppina, filled with the Holy Spirit, recognised Christ, the Lord, who had come down from Heaven, welcoming Him into her own Heart and causing Him to be reborn in the hearts of so many (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, “She who is the synthesis of the prophets and the ancient patriarchs”, 26 July 1996), spiritually, so that all those who had broken that Bond of communion between themselves and God might restore that Bond, that living and profound Communion.
Behold her, blessed among all women, filled with the Holy Spirit, who was able to recognise the Lord. And it is thanks to this profession of faith that the Father was able to bring this Plan of Love to fulfilment; consequently, to bring this Church into being. Neither of blood nor of the flesh, but of the Spirit. That Spirit who is guiding the life of Mother Church; that Spirit who descended to bring the Truth in its fullness to all (Jn 16:13).
The Covenant could not have been renewed without God’s Presence; I say this to the many who think that all this is the work of man: neither flesh nor blood could have done it. Who could have done it, if not God Himself, who sent His Spirit from Heaven? (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, “The Holy Spirit”, 13 September 1984). This is something many have not understood and cannot understand.
Blessed are those who have accepted all this, recognising the Lord in that Divine Child.
Blessed are those who, gazing upon the Face of that Divine Child, recognised the deception in time, before it was too late (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, “The True Face of Jesus”, 18 June 1995).
Blessed are all those who have remained steadfast in the faith, who have washed their robes in the Blood of the Lamb, passing through the ‘great tribulation’ unscathed (Rev 7:14): foretold; misunderstood by many; understood by some, yet not made understood; for surely those who have understood it do not wish to be exposed in their own deeds, in their own deception, perpetrated to the detriment of so many, far too many little ones and the innocent. ‘Woe to anyone who causes one of these little ones to stumble’ (Mt 18:6–7), it is written; it would have been better for him never to have been born (Mt 26:24) than to live for eternity in hell. This means having a millstone hung round one’s neck and being cast into the abyss (Mt 18:6). It would have been better never to have been born than to betray innocent blood (Mt 27:4), the most pure Blood of Him who gave Himself entirely for our salvation.
But blessed are those who, going against the logic of this world, have defied the powers that be, expediency and all that is convenient, so that they might remain anchored to the one Rock, who has come down here, who dwells here, who has made his home here, so that all might once again have a Home, ‘the’ Home, that Home founded on the Rock, Christ the Rock.
Behold this Church; behold the New Jerusalem, Land of Love, where the extraordinary nature of God is lived out in the ordinary. Here Jesus has instilled in everyone’s heart the ability to live the extraordinary as the ordinary, just as Jesus Himself teaches us in ‘The Catechesis’ (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, ‘La Catechesi’, 1 January 1988), with due respect and holy fear of God, whilst leaving each person free to believe or not to believe, yet aware that they are in the House of God, living in the presence of God, living where the King has set His Dwelling.
God is everywhere, but, like every king, He has His own Abode, and here He has pitched His Tent, His House, just as it is written (Rev 21:3): the New Jerusalem, a metaphysical Reality, where one lives in God: one lives in God, one speaks with God, heart to heart, spirit to spirit. This is the extraordinary nature of what is experienced in the ordinary.
This is what makes this Place unique, compared to others where falsehood, lies and pretence reign supreme. There is one Spirit (Eph 4:4), and the Spirit dwells where the Bridegroom is, so that the Bride may be and may embrace all those who, with love and truth, wish to seek Jesus, to find Him, to live Him and to love Him for all eternity.
Beloved brothers and sisters, let us join our prayers today so that we may offer them to the Father as a gift pleasing to Him, for having given us this Mother Church: Mary, Mother Church, to whose Immaculate Heart we are all consecrated. All of us. For consecrating oneself to Mary, in these last days, is a necessary act, not an optional one (Magisterial Act, “Consecrating Oneself to Mary is a Necessary Act”, 14/10/2024). Those who do not understand the “necessity” of consecrating themselves to the Immaculate Heart of Mary have not truly grasped to the full the Path that the Father has laid out to attain Salvation. That is why so many are groping in the dark; that is why Christians are divided: because they have not placed Mary at the centre. If Mary is not placed at the centre, Christ can never truly be placed at the centre. That is why I say to you: let us unite in this prayer to give thanks to the Father.
To You, Holy Father, goes my and our ‘thank You’ for having given us a Mother, Mary, the Immaculate One of the Holy Spirit, Your faithful Spouse, who has regenerated us from her pure and holy Heart. Fill us with Your Love, so that we may be in the image and likeness of Christ, Love made flesh (Jn 1:14), who has made His home here to give all His children a Home – this Home, the New Jerusalem, prophesied and sung of, which we now experience.
Thank you, Father! For the sake of Christ and Mary, grant today to each of Your children Mercy and Grace, both bodily and spiritual, so that the Presence of Your Spirit, the one and only Spirit, may be made manifest in this Home.
Thank you, Father! For the sake of Your children who have remained faithful to You, who have come through the great persecution unscathed, manifest Your merciful Justice upon Babylon and upon the world that has committed fornication with her (Rev 18:3), haggling over and selling off true Life. Tear away the veils of the mystery of lawlessness (2 Thess 2:7), Father, so that the world may see and those who are still moved by good will may believe: that You have placed Your Throne here and that You await everyone to grant them true Life, which is Christ the Lord, the Only-Begotten Saviour of the world.
Through the Most Holy Name of Jesus and through the Most Holy Name of Mary, may the Father grant this Holy People of God, the Little Remnant of the Israel of God (Isa 4:3), the grace to live out and have this prayer answered (Act of Magisterium, “Let the Angel act with one foot on the sea and the other on the earth”, 4 October 2025), to overcome evil and all its hosts, to attain Victory and to bring about the triumph of the one and eternal Word: Salvation, in Christ the Lord, for ‘God saves’ is His Name (Mt 1:21). Behold the Day of Life and of Celebration for the children of God. So be it.
