ACT OF MAGISTERIUM
One is the Message, One is the Mandate,
One is the Mission on Which the militant
and triumphant Church of Christ rests
In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. In this time, the sons of God live with the sole desire of remaining united with the Saints and the Angels of Heaven to bring to completion the Mystery of Salvation in Jesus Christ, the Only Saviour, the One and Eternal Love, who joins his sons to the Heart of the Father (Jn 14,20), to the One who created everything and to whom everything is and will be subject (1 Cor 15,25-28).
The intimate and personal encounter, from heart to Heart, with Baby Jesus has transformed the lives of many who, with full awareness, want to live as ‘sons’ (1Jn 3,2), desiring to live and demonstrate every day their exclusive faithfulness to the Lord, to His Church, everlasting and eternal, founded by Jesus and entrusted to His Saints Peter and Paul, Pillars of the newborn Church so that, following their example, every son of God can fight the good fight of faith every day (1Tm 6,12), to let Love triumph, Christ Love, the Only Begotten Love that is Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who in the Universal Christian Church of the New Jerusalem manifests himself to let the Immaculate Heart of Mary triumph.
Behold the militant Church of the final times that, united with the triumphant Church, wishes to let the Christianity of the origins shine again (Acts 2,42), following the example of Saints Peter and Paul, Pillars of the newborn Church founded by the Only Begotten Saviour, Jesus Christ (Col 1,18).
Saint Peter, a humble fisherman, was called by the Master to become a fisher of men (Lk 5,10b), becoming through His Grace a reference point for the Church of Christ (Mt 16,18), the Church founded on the Rock (Mk 8,29b), which, as then, so now, continues to be founded on the One Rock, because One is the Message, One is the Mandate, One is the Mission on which the militant and triumphant Church of Christ rests.
The Church led by Saint Peter has been through many vicissitudes, because over time many servants of Christ have betrayed their mandate, their mission (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, ‘The Return of Jesus’, 30/10/1994), losing sight of the Holy Countenance of Jesus, ‘the’ Christ, the Son of God, He who moulded hearts with His Word, with His Gaze, with His Peace and Humility. Jesus was the first to be a ‘Servant’, ‘Servant of the servants of God’, because He was the Servant of the Father (Matthew 26,42), who served humanity to elevate it, setting an example to all of how to serve the Name of God.
In time and throughout time, the Holy Spirit has always lifted up the Church, has always fought against every heresy, against every blasphemy, against every tyrant; but the freedom that the Father had granted to men (Gal 5,1) allowed a Courtyard of the Church of Christ, the Courtyard of the priests and the self-righteous, to sell their birthright (Heb 12,14-16), letting in the smoke of the enemy of God (cf. Homily of Pope Paul VI, 29/06/1972), to cloud consciences and enslave the sons in his possession. They have lost the strength of St Peter, the strength of the lion; and they have lost Peter’s faith in the one Lord (Mt 16,16), causing the collapse of that Courtyard, that House that once was but now is no more.
Saint Paul was struck down (Acts 9,3) after having exterminated several servants of Christ: struck down by the Only Light, Christ Light, who gave him back his Salvation, forgiving and loving him (Ac 9,5). From that moment onwards, his perseverance guided him, leading many to be struck by the same and Only Light, which is Life, which leads the sons to Life and allows them to savour, already on this Earth, the flavour of Eternity.
The voice of St Paul reaches our hearts today to tell everybody to open their hearts to the Light, that is, to understand the Truth (Jn 15,26), to love It to the end; and, at the same time, to be Its servants, so that following his example we may all proclaim the ‘Prayer of Life’: ‘On Your Word, Lord, I offer you my life’.
This is the perseverance of the sons of God who, in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ, love, live and manifest His Faith, His Joy, His Love (Ph 2,10-11), so that many, many others may live it, welcome it, love it, understand it and be renewed in the Only Love, that Love which cannot be understood by those who remain in their old ways, because they are crushed by the weight of tradition (Mk 7,8).
Before his conversion, Saint Paul was a slave to tradition, a soldier of tradition (Ac 8,3) and he couldn’t understand the Love that was beyond the precepts, those precepts that were millstones around his neck, that crushed him, that didn’t allow his heart to fly (Act 26,14). But once he had found true freedom in Christ the Lord, his life changed. Paul lived to announce Christian freedom to all people, the power of the Son of God, His infinite Love, so that everyone could and can be forgiven, purified and be satiated (Gal 2,20). And his cry reaches our hearts today to once again reach the hearts of all people (2Tm 2,10).
Let no one be weighed down by the burden of tradition. Look at every event with the eyes of the Light and with the eyes of Faith. Understand that the freedom that the Father has granted to every man can enable man, every man, to accept what is good or what is evil. By understanding this, one understands the Mystery of Iniquity (2 Th 2,7-10), which has come to occupy the Place that was once Holy but is no longer so, as Jesus (Mt 24,15) and Saint Paul himself (2 Th 2,3-4) had warned us. Men should never have allowed all this to happen.
Despite this, the Father could never have left His sons orphaned. His infinite Grace intervened to rescue His sons, allowing a Maiden, who had become a Mother, to take refuge in a remote corner of this Earth (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, ‘The Ascent to Heaven’, 13/04/1995), from where the Authenticity of the Sacrifice of the Son of God could start again, unifying everything in the one Essence that is Christ, the Shoot of God (Is 11,1).
Behold the Essence and the Substance, which in the one Spirit, no one will ever be able to bring down, because God always triumphs (1Jn 5,4).
Here then, in the last mile of the history of this humanity, the Holy Spirit of the Father will let His Church triumph, the Heart of Mary, She who then made the Apostles united after the departure of the Son of God (Acts 1,14); and so now, in these times, once more around Mary, the Holy Spirit sent by the Father has regenerated the Son and His sons, in the only Pennon that will bring stable Peace to this Earth (Revelation of the Most Holy Mary to Maria G. Norcia, ‘The Divine Family and the Golden Ladder’, 25/12/1988).
This is the invitation that Heaven, through Baby Jesus, extends to all Christians who want to renew themselves in the authentic Christianity, to be new Christians in this New Home, in the Jerusalem renewed in the Only Begotten Spirit (1Jn 4,9).
This is the time when all Christians must be strong in the face of the Sign of God that will reveal the scandals of those men who betrayed the mandate, because the time has come and the triumphant Church, united with the militant Church, prays that everything will be revealed, so that the world may see and those who want to may repent (Acts 17,30).
Christians must now be tenacious, strong and holy, to remain firm and anchored to the Only Rock, who is Christ (Acts 4,11). This is the invitation that rises from this House for the sake of all those who wish to take the ‘leap’ to land on this Shore (Mt 9,1) and leave a house that is adrift (Rev 18,4), to enter and dwell in the One and Eternal House, the House of the sons of God (Rev 21,3).
This is the time when the Triumphant Church, which is the Heavenly Jerusalem, will unite from Heaven with the Militant Church of those who live the Jerusalem on Earth (2Pt 3,13), to become one with Her (Rev 21,2), to manifest the Eternal Victory to all, so that every promise may be fulfilled and every lie be erased, so that the True Church founded on the Only Rock, the triumphant and militant Church of the end times, may manifest the One Victory in She who is Mother, the Virgin Mary (Lk 1,27b), who has once more given the world the Shoot of God (Rev 5,5). In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
