Dicasteries
The Church carries out her administrative functions through the Dicasteries that have been established for this purpose. On October 7, 2015, the Pontiff Samuel founded the following Dicasteries: Dicastery of Institutional Relations; Dicastery of Brotherhood and Peace among Peoples; Dicastery of Mercy and Justice; Dicastery of the Doctrine of Faith.
In charge of the four Dicasteries, there are the Cardinals of the Church, which are the “hinges” called to closely collaborate with the Pontiff at the helm of the Institution.
The Cardinals Responsible for the Dicastery of the Church are the following:
Nello MIGLIACCIO, Responsible of the Department of Institutional Relations;
Alessandro D’ARGENTO, Responsible of the Department of Brotherhood and Peace among Peoples;
Patrick MANFREDI, Responsible of the Dicastery of Mercy and Justice;
Pasquale LAEZZA, Responsible of the Dicastery of the Doctrine of Faith.
Institutional Relations
Responsible: Card. Nello Migliaccio
Nello Migliaccio was born in Naples (Italy – NA) on March 4, 1973 and received the Sacrament of Baptism in the same year.
On June 28, 2007, he received the Sacrament of Marriage. He is father of three children.
On October 4, 2015, he participated in the founding of the Church.
On October 7, 2015, he received the Sacrament of Holy Orders and the Consecration as Bishop from Pontiff Samuel and, at the same time, has been appointed Cardinal Responsible of the Dicastery of Institutional Relations of the Church.
Brotherhood and Peace among Peoples
Responsible: Card. Alessandro D’Argento
Alessandro D’Argento was born in Tricase (Italy – LE) on February 3, 1979 and received the Sacrament of Baptism in the same year.
On December 10, 2006, he received the Sacrament of Marriage. He is father of three children.
On October 7, 2015 he received the Sacrament of Holy Orders and the Consecration as Bishop from Pontiff Samuel and, at the same time, has been appointed Cardinal Responsible of the Dicastery of Brotherhood for Peace among Peoples.
Mercy and Justice
Responsible: Card. Patrick Manfredi
Patrick Manfredi was born in Aosta (Italy – AO) on October 23, 1971 and received the Sacrament of Baptism in the same year.
On December 8, 2011, he received the Sacrament of Marriage. He is father of a son.
On October 7, 2015 he received the Sacrament of Holy Orders and the Consecration as Bishop from Pontiff Samuel and, at the same time, has been appointed Cardinal Responsible of the Dicastery of Mercy and Justice.
Doctrine of Faith
Responsible: Card. Pasquale Laezza
Pasquale Laezza was born in Naples (Italy – NA) on October 10, 1972 and received the Sacrament of Baptism in the same year.
On June 30, 2004 he received the Sacrament of Marriage. He is father of three children.
On October 7, 2015 he received the Sacrament of Holy Orders and the Consecration as Bishop from Pontiff Samuel and, at the same time, has been appointed Cardinal Responsible of the Dicastery of the Doctrine of Faith.
