ACT OF MAGISTERIUM
The Immaculate,
Living Temple of God’s Love
In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life (Jn 14,6). Mary is the Immaculate of the Holy Spirit, balm for the sons of God who have consecrated themselves, consecrate themselves and will consecrate themselves to Her Immaculate Heart.
Consecration to Mary’s Immaculate Heart is a sign of purity and holiness, so that those who consecrate themselves to Her Heart may express throughout the world their belonging only to the New Jerusalem, to the one God, to the one Lord (Act of Magisterium, ‘Consecrating ourselves to Mary is a necessary act’, 14/10/2024).
Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary makes us alive in our gaze, holy in our being, strong in our ability to proclaim the Word of God, which, in the New Jerusalem, leads everyone to Salvation: that Salvation which the world has lost; that Salvation which anyone who wishes to become a saint can find at the Little Cradle of Baby Jesus (Lk 1,77) and which, for those who have opened their hearts, consecrating themselves to Her Immaculate Heart, has already been found (Lk 2,30; Homily of Pope Samuel, ‘Mary makes us live the Mystery of the Most Holy Trinity in the history of Salvation’, 15/06/2025).
Mary, New Jerusalem (Rev 21,2), is the safe haven (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, ‘The Holy Place of Jesus’ Return’, 19/02/1995), where we can live to the full the one and eternal Doctrine (Act of Magisterium, ‘The Doctrine’, 21/11/2017), which in the Name of Jesus Christ, in the Name of Mary, is Life.
The final point and destination of the journey of God’s sons is Life, eternal Life (Jn 3,15). Just as life was given to Adam and Eve, in the Corner of Paradise on Earth that God has given to his sons, the Father will once again restore eternal Life, true Life (Rev 22,14).
The sons of Mary, She who bore the Son of God in her womb (Lk 1,31), are the bearers of the only Life during these last days of Christian history, they are those who yearn to manifest the Vitality of the Son of God, who has returned here, who was born here (Acts 1,11), to manifest His strength and His living Presence in this world.
In the New Jerusalem, the Son of God has returned to give freshness to His sons’ hearts; to give them, during these hard and difficult times, His Courage; to give and reveal the Truth (Jn 15,26) to them, so that no one may discover the deception too late, before time runs out.
In the Little Cradle of Baby Jesus, God has imprinted His Image as a Child, true Man and true God, in the hearts of His sons (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, ‘The True Countenance of Jesus’, 18/06/1995). If God had not done this in time and throughout time, acting in this way, many hearts subjugated by a diabolical mask (2 Th 2,3; 8-10) would have discovered too late the deception of the mystery of iniquity, which in the meantime has entered the Place that was once holy (Mt 24,15).
This is why Jesus and Mary, in this Land of Love, offer their sons the true weapons of love and brotherhood, to ward off and overcome all iniquity. This is why Jesus and Mary establish between Their Heart and our heart ‘the’ silent Dwelling where one can talk with, live and love God, One and Triune, our only true God (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, ‘Catechesis of Jesus’, 01/01/1988).
In all of this, the consecration to Mary’s Immaculate Heart is the royal road (Act of Magisterium, ‘The privileged Way to attain Salvation’, 15/08/2023) to reach directly the Father’s Heart (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, ‘The Return of Jesus’, 30/10/1994).
Consecrating oneself to Mary is a sign of a true and profound Covenant between our heart and Her Immaculate Heart, which contains the infinite Love of God. Consequently, it is a sign of the one and eternal Covenant with the Heart of the Father (Jer 31,33).
Consecrating oneself to Mary means being reborn. Consecrating oneself to Mary means having embarked on the journey that leads to the final goal. Consecrating oneself to Mary means having at one’s disposal the most powerful weapon against the enemy of God. Consecrating oneself to her Immaculate Heart means entering into perfect harmony with her Heart of Handmaid, Bride, Mother and Queen, and feeling and conforming to the only begotten beat of the Heart of the Son of God. To hold Mary’s Immaculate Heart close to oneself means giving relief to one’s soul and spirit, receiving Her Spirit, which is Life. This is Mary (Lk 1,30). This is what so many cannot explain, what so many have discarded, forgotten, humiliated.
Mary is the one who redeemed the woman, making her in the Image and Likeness of God (cf. Gen 5,1). For this reason, God raised her up to His Presence, making her the living Temple of God’s Love, which encloses the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit (1 Cor 3,16).
Therefore, not by her own will but by divine will, there is nothing she cannot do (Lk 1,49): Mary loves, heals, purifies, sanctifies, saves, and leads to God (Pontifical Decree, ‘In Mary, with Mary and for Mary’, 22/12/2019).
Mary is the key to the Mystery of our life and the Mystery of Christ’s Life in us (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, ‘Catechesis of Jesus’, 1 January 1988).
Mary is the Immaculate One by Grace (Lk 1,28), the Immaculate of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit’s sweet Bride, She who disarms all those who want to attack the lives of her sons, She who destroys every army of the enemies of God, She to whom all the Angels and Saints give honour. Mary, sweet and gentle name. Mary, Jesus’ Mother. Mary, our good and tender Mother.
Behold the triumph of Mary’s Immaculate Heart, the purpose and mission of Her faithful sons, consecrated to Her Immaculate Heart, pure and without blemish, which will now win and triumph (Rev 12; 20:10).
Sons of God! In the name of Mary, and invoking the Seven Archangels (Pontifical Decree, ‘Establishment of the Feast of the Seven Archangels’, 28/09/2025), destroy the evil one and all his armies (Revelation of Jesus to Maria G. Norcia, ‘The Tabernacle of Jesus’, 19/06/1994) . Destroy him with your will, with perseverance, with love, with fervent prayer. There is nothing Her sons cannot do when they invoke the Name of the Mother, nothing! It is written that She will crush his head (Gen 3,15): this is how it has been, how it is, and, once and for all, how it will be!
Behold the Kingdom of Christ and Mary, which is now coming to fulfilment (Revelation of God the Father Almighty to Maria G. Norcia, ‘Mary the Immaculate dwells in Us’, 28/06/1983). The Holy Spirit will cast every enemy into the abyss, where there is weeping and grinding of teeth (Rev 20,14-15).
All those who continue to humiliate the Name of Mary; all those who persevere in staining Her humanity and divinity; all those who stubbornly refuse to understand Her in Her Grace; and all those who hasten to dismiss Mary as merely a simple disciple of the Master, merely a simple woman who loved Her Son and nothing more, will experience the Judgment of She who is the Almighty by Grace who, together with Her Son, will judge them for eternity (Rev 21,8).
Mary is Life; and the Life of the Son was and is thanks to the Mother. Behold, then, Mary, the Way; Mary, the Truth; Mary, the Life. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
